No, this isn’t about what to do before sports…

Just a quick intro. This blog is intended to share my experiences of introducing more agile oriented practices into the development processes I currently work with.

Why are we doing this? Well with a recent management drive to improve code quality and me being inspired after attending XP Day 2008 (thanks to Anna for the push out the door!) my illustrious colleagues and I think that looking to evaluate and adopt practices from the Agile community can help us.

I hope whoever reads this can leave some constuctive comments, as I need all the help i can get!
